This release features a complete recording of the first Tokyo performance of Daryl Hall & John Oates' 2015 Japan tour, held at Nippon Budokan on October 19th, in superb sound quality comparable to a soundboard recording. Multiple IEM sources with different mix balances used on stage by Daryl Hall, John Oates, and other band members, along with a superb original audience source, are exquisitely balanced and mixed in stereo. The raw and direct sound image, distinct from broadcast recordings, perfectly captures every detail of the performance. The venue's energy reaches its peak right from the opening track, "Maneater." The show included a Righteous Brothers cover by Oates, "Las Vegas Turnaround," and the much-anticipated "Sara Smile" and "Rich Girl"... and continued with a breathtaking, top-notch performance right up to the encore finales of "Kiss On My List" and "Private Eyes." Furthermore, five bonus tracks, including "Maneater," were recorded during the soundcheck before the show began.
