In April 2010, Gary Moore returned to Japan for the first time in 21 years. The band's five-date Japan tour, which saw them deliver a truly captivating finale to the tour, was marked by their powerful, one-of-a-kind guitar playing, which made fans realize that categorizing their music as "blues" or "hard rock" is virtually meaningless. This final performance, held at the International Forum on April 28th, was a truly captivating finale, and is now fully captured in ultra-high-quality audience recording. The original audience master, recorded from a prime seat in the front center of the first floor, has been digitally remastered in 24-bit, capturing the raw sound directly from Gary's guitar amp. This superb sound quality will bring tears to fans' eyes! Because it was recorded from the front center, the vocals are a little lacking compared to the Shibuya AX and JCB Hall performances, both of which were released simultaneously on the XAVEL label. However, the warmth and power of the band's sound more than makes up for it. And above all, the powerful, center-heavy guitar sound is simply breathtaking! This is a gem of an item that creates a comfortable sense of realism with the reverberation that only a hall can provide! This is guaranteed to take you to a state of ecstasy!
