This recording features the divine performances of Jan Hammer, Billy Cobham, Jerry Goodman, and Rick Laird, recorded just before the release of the landmark jazz-rock album "The Firebird."
It was a fantastic performance with a set list that included two songs from "Firebird," "Open Country Joy" and "Hope," three songs from their first album "Hidden Flame," and "Dream," which is also included on the live album "Flight from Nothingness."
