The Solo Years 30th Anniversary Celebration CBS Edition

A special concert, the 30th Anniversary Celebration, held at Madison Square Garden to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Michael Jackson's solo career. This legendary concert, which was the highest-grossing of 2001, unfortunately became tainted by the chaos caused by the 9/11 attacks the following day, resulting in widespread confusion among the fans who attended. From among the various videos circulating, we are releasing the premiere version broadcast on CBS on November 13, 2001, which had the highest viewership across all channels, with Britney Spears' "The Way You Make Me Feel" included as a bonus. This is the master footage prepared for that premiere broadcast, and the performance with Britney, which was present in the master, was deliberately cut from the broadcast version. At that time, DVDs were not yet widespread, and finding a clean digital copy was difficult, but we obtained a copy of the video master used for this broadcast and made a DVD from it. The Jackson 5 reunion, as you can see from the setlist, is a series of tribute performances to today's hottest stars, "You Rock My World" from their final album, "Invincible," and "Billie Jean," showcasing their sharp moonwalk.
