The Beatles' final live performance, the "Rooftop Concert," took place on the roof of Apple Inc. at 3 Savile Row in London on January 30, 1969. Portions of the performance were featured as highlights on the 1970 album and film "Let It Be." More recently, the entire performance was released in the documentary "The Beatles: Get Back," and later released as a theatrical film and digitally. This new expanded Blu-ray edition features two different versions of the "Rooftop Concert" performance on Blu-ray in full HD: the complete version based on the theatrical release film, and the alternate extended version, edited from different angles. While movies and documentaries often feature street scenes and interviews interspersed throughout the performance, this edition features the entire performance uncut. Each of the two versions is edited from multiple angles, making it different from previous video works. This complete Blu-ray edition features high-quality full HD video, as well as audio options to choose from: high-quality PCM high-resolution stereo and Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround.
